Any Countries Apostille Authentication From Chennai

October 1st, 2012 | Posted by Arshad in Apostille - (Comments Off)

Group of countries signed a treaty for simplifying the hurdles related to legalization. The treaty which gave birth to this common legalization is known as Hague convention of October 1961. Abolished the confused procedures related to legalization for foreign public documents. This is commonly known as Apostille Convention. The adoption of this procedures made a universal legalization procedure which is applicable to all the members of Hague convention. The members of Apostille nations include United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand etc…Since the presence of big powers in the list made this legalization more vital and gave the legalization industry a universal face.

The Apostille procedure includes Home Department Authentication from concerned state and the Apostille authentication from Ministry of External Affairs. All the documents should be first authenticated by the designated agencies in the state from where the document has been issued. In case of these documents home department authentication is mandatory from where should first be attested. Document attested by these authorities then need to be presented to MEA for issue of Apostille Stamp.

September 30th, 2012 | Posted by Arshad in Apostille - (Comments Off)
With India’s accession to the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961 abolishing the requirement
of legalization of foreign public documents (www.hcch.net) Government of India, Ministry of
External Affairs at CPV Division, Patiala House will start issuing Apostilles w.e.f. August 29, 2007.
Apostille stickers will be issued on the documents –personal like birth, death, affidavits,
power of attorneys, marriage etc and educational documents like degree, diplomas, matriculation
and secondary level certificates. However, commercial documents are excluded from the purview
of the Convention.

Procedure: All documents should be first authenticated by the designated agencies in the State

Certificate apostille

September 29th, 2012 | Posted by Arshad in Apostille - (Comments Off)

An apostille is a water mark or certified stamp that makes important documents certified and legal. The apostille is a French term meaning ‘a certification’. It is mainly a title given to the authentication certificate issued under the Hague Convention, abolishing the requirement of legalization of foreign public documents. The Apostille Certifies to the authenticity of the signature, the capacity in which the person signing the document has acted and where appropriate, the identity of the seal or stamp which the document bears.

Documents issued in one country to be used in or presented to another country must be authenticated or legalized before the other country will recognize those documents and give the documents the legal import given in the jurisdiction of orgination. The Hague legalization convention simplifies the procedure for documents presented to countries adopting the convention prior to Hague convention and for countries which are not members of convention ,the chain authentication procedure was used .this involves multiple authentication by different countries in the chain of issuance .

An Apostle certificate is a globally accepted document attestation that got approval for the first time in the Hague Convention in the year 1961. Our India is a party to the Hague Legalization Convention .This certificate attestation method was recommended as the easiest way of producing legal certificates of international standard. An Apostille certificate indicates that the document satisfies the legal criteria in the host country. These types of certificates usually authenticate the stamp & signature present on the document.+

Apostille and Embassy Legalization

September 29th, 2012 | Posted by Arshad in Apostille - (Comments Off)

legalization is the process of certifying a document so a foreign country’s legal system will recognize it. The process is used routinely in international commerce and civil law. It is generally performed by validation of the signature on a document by an authority which is higher in hierarchical terms. For example, a school diploma may need to be legalized by evaluation by the Ministry of Education, followed by legalization of the signature of the Ministry of Education by the Ministry of Foreign affairs. Once authenticated by the foreign ministry the documents then need to be reviewed and approved by the consular staff of the country in which the transaction is to occur.Often also certified translation is required for full legalization. The importance of Embassy legislation in a foreign country is inexhaustible. The United Arab Emirates is a hub of job opportunities and can always have something to offer for the qualified visitor. It is mandatory to have certificate attestation to get an employment card in the UAE. One can also register with a university in the country in order to access advanced education. One can also obtain a visa of residence in the foreign country and partake in sharing the national resources with the locals. Medical students pursuing their doctoral degrees also gain access to the country’s examination bodies which is otherwise a rather sensitive issue which involves difficult registration in normal applications.

Documents issued in one country and intended for use in another country must be “authenticated” or “legalized” in order to be recognized as valid in the foreign country. The number and type of authentication certificates you will need depend on the nature of the document and whether or not the foreign country is a party to the multilateral treaty on “legalization” of documents. If the country where the document will be used is not a party to the Convention , you will need “Embassy (Consular) Legalization” ( “Chain Authentication”). “Embassy (Consular) Legalization” of official documents is a procedure of confirmation of the validity of originals of official documents or certification of authenticity of signatures of the officials, authorized to certify the signatures on documents, and also the validity of prints of stamps, seals by which the document is fastened.

The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents has supplanted the default procedure by a system of apostille. It is available if both the country of the document and the country for which the document are party to the treaty. The apostille is a stamp on which standard validating information is supplied. It is available (dependent on the document) from a notary public or court.

There are two procedures to establish this objective depending on whether your host country is a signatory of the Hague Convention or not. If the host country is a signatory, you need to follow the Apostille procedure else the Attestation procedure. These procedures are lengthy and complicated may take anywhere between 15-30 working days and it is essential, one gets it done. In advance, to avoid any eventualities in case of an emergency. Hence it is important to entrust your document in the hands of a professional. Your search ends here as we are Genius Document Clearing, the leading company for attestation / legalization /authentication or apostille services worldwide especially in India.

Earler people only knew about the HRD, ministry in New Delhi. Which is no more existing. Since July 2007 the HRD ministry was delegated this work to the respective Home Departments of each state. Since the majority of NRI’s residing in the GCC countries is from Kerala, the Govt. of India has made an exception by assigining the task of placing the attestation procedure to NORKA centers (Norka doing the attestation of educational certificate).

India: +91 8088054444 UAE: +97150 2003338 Qatar: +974 334696 44
Oman: +968 96 000 997 Kuwait: +965 600 87 819

Does the company submit its documents directly to the Embassies and Ministry of External Affairs?

If the company you choose does not submit their documents directly to the embassies and MEA, rest assured they rely on sub agents and agents to submit their documents in the embassies and MEA. So after submission your document is in effect passing from hand to hand.

The best way to check if the company is a direct submitter is by checking if they have their own offices in Mumbai and New Delhi because at the end of the day processing takes place in these two cities especially New Delhi because the embassies and the MEA is located there. If the company has offices there, ALWAYS make sure you collect the Landline phone numbers for checking the status of submitted documents.

Does the company have any tracking facility?

If you want to check the status of your document, your company will have to rely on hearsay if you rely on agents/travel agencies etc. They will never be able to give you a concrete day and time because they in turn rely on other sub agents and agents. After completing the legalisation processing, the documents come back in the same order to the certificate holder as it was passed in.

What happens if this chain of agents and subagents break? What happens if the document is lost? Who takes responsibility? Who is the guarantor of you valuable document? Genius Attestation Services guarantees you peace of mind.

Does your company have Express/ Emergency Services?

If you have to leave in a matter of a few days and you need speedy processing of your documents, does the company provide you with express services?

At Genius Attestation Services, you shouldn’t have to wait, even a bit.

Does your company have a specific license for providing
attestation services?

Many people resort to travel agencies for all issues related to traveling abroad. While many travel agencies provide attestation services, it’s never their core business. To generate customers, they provide attestation services as a side business. So their legalization processing is done by the many dubious agents and sub agents.

Whom would you choose an ISO certified company like Genius Attestation Services or travel agencies and agents?

Low prices – How do travel agencies and agents manage low prices?

Duplicate Attestations-
Fraudsters are capable of imitating and reproducing almost anything in this world. Does the company you choose rely on them?

Cheap Courier Companies-
Genius Attestation Services uses DHL, BLUE DART and Fed EX which are safe and secure but costlier while others use the cheapest courier companies. Agents never have offices; people do business with them on the basis of trust. So the trust factor is definitely cheaper than facilities provided by a professional company like Genius Attestation Services. Still looking for reasons???????? Attestation /Apostille is a ONE TIME- LIFE TIME procedure, for the sake of saving a few hundreds would you Like to risk your career, family and future??

Can you track your documents 24/7,365 days a year?

Our live online chat support is available to assist you at any time of the day, no matter what time zone you belong to. Genius Attestation Services is a company that never sleeps

Does the company have any previous testimonials or corporate clients to boast of?

When you choose a company its important to have references. Do you know of anyone else who has done business with this company before? If not , check whether the company has any recognizable clients. When you place your trust in an unknown company, it’s important to have a rationale behind it.

The clientele of Genius Attestation Services include
ADIA (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority), Microsoft, IBM, Middlesex University, Emirates, just to name a few

Does the company provide End to End Legalisation (MFA)?

No attestation is complete without the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country you are going to. So when you are going abroad, its important that the company you choose should be present there without which there is no guarantor of your attestation.

Genius Attestation Services is present in India, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, U.K. and U.S.A. So wherever you are, you will find in Genius Attestation Services a local guarantor of your attestation.

Does the company provide any guarantees?

When you submit your documents, there are many scenarios to keep in mind. What if the document is lost? What if the document is damaged? What if the document is delayed? Does the company have any specific policy to meet these scenarios?

Genius Attestation Services is a company with a proven track record. We guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction otherwise why else would we be the only legalization company to get an ISO 9001:2008 certification?

The facts are there for everyone to compare and choose the right service provider.

Is the company able to handle complicated and rare cases?

Attestation and apostille procedures are complicated. What complicates matters more is when there are factual errors on the document like wrong spellings and wrong addresses that don’t match with other supporting documents like the passport or other identities. There are chances that some documents might be damaged or even laminated.

In such cases the company needs to have a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) who can resolve these issues.
